On Dec. 21st, 2015, the 2015 Silk Road Young Scholars Seminar was held in Xi'an Jiaotong University. Prof. Feng Xu represented teachers to give a speech about his experiences and thoughts about returning to China, teaching and researching. In the speech, Prof. Xu shared his own career development, oppurtunities and challenges in research work, education experience, selection of research direction, etc.. "Xi'an Jiaotong University is the pioneer of western innovation. Young teachers can develop rapidly in this university."
The 2015 Silk Road Young Scholars Seminar invited outstanding young scholars from home and abroad to Xi'an, discussed about frontier and hot issues in modern science, personal and career development.
