In the morning of March 22, 2017, associate
professor Fei Li from BEBC shared her exchange experience in Tomokazu Matsue’s research
group at Tohoku University. Many students and teachers of BEBC
have attended this meeting.
Firstly, she introduced this research team
and her projects. Tomokazu Matsue’s group has several research contents including
biosensing and bioelectronics devices and systems, characterization and
application of cellular function, intelligent micro/nanoelectrochemical systems
and characterization of energy-related materials. Professor Li followed her
previous study and continue to work on projects related SICM and SECCM. She has
studied SICM mapping surface charge of protein film, SICM measurement of cell
volume and SECCM studies of 2D materials during her stay. Subsequently, she
also introduced to the laboratory management and group rules and shared rich
cultural life in Japan. What impressed us most is the the serious attitude of
the Japanese. They always focused on things very responsible. There are broader
lessons to draw from them, especially doing work with high efficiency quality
of attention and taking responsibilities.
This wonderful report aroused heated discussion
and we have a lot. How to learn from others and become a greater team is always
our concern. we have to discuss the future development of more and better
looking center. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the BEBC having a better
performance in the future.
